What is Polira?+
Polira is an AI workspace that provides chat, image/video/audio generation, and file vault in one interface. You can freely compare and use multiple cutting-edge AI models including GPT-5, Claude 4.7, Gemini 3, and Grok 4.2 in a single screen.
What AI models are supported?+
We currently support 8+ models including GPT-5, GPT-5.5, Claude 4.5, Claude 4.7, Gemini 3, and Grok 4.2. New models are continuously added as they are released.
How are the plans structured?+
We offer Starter (₩9,900/mo), Pro (₩27,500/mo), and Team (coming soon) plans. Payment is available by credit card, and receipts are sent automatically by email.
What is the refund policy?+
Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you have no usage history. You can request a refund directly from Settings → Subscription or contact support@polira.ai.
How does billing work?+
Monthly subscription billing is available by credit card. Billing renews automatically, and payment methods can be changed at any time in Settings.
Can teams use Polira?+
Team workspace is currently in development. When the Team plan launches, it will provide shared vault, member permission management, and team usage statistics.
How is my personal data protected?+
User passwords and sensitive data are stored with minimal retention, and all data is encrypted for storage and management. Polira AI is committed to protecting your personal information.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?+
All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your account deletion request. Please back up your vault files before deletion.
Can I use multiple accounts simultaneously?+
Yes, multi-account switching is supported. You can add or switch accounts from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
